While Jackson was upstairs taking a nap, William jumped on the opportunity to play with big brother's new racetrack.
Ross started his new round of chemo yesterday...had a doctor appointment at 8am, chemo was administered and then he was back at his office for an 11:30 client. Most of you know that Ross is an accountant and this is obviously the busiest time of his year. Please keep him in your prayers. He will have chemo every 3 weeks and is scheduled for a minimum of 4 rounds right now. The doctors call the chemo preventative, but expect his cancer to come back more quickly that before. Please pray for Ross and Margaret as they continue on what seems to be a never ending journey with cancer.

7 months and 9 years!
It's been a busy couple of weeks. We had Cassidy and Coleman visit during their Spring Break last Saturday through Thursday. Jackson and the babies adore them and we all had a really great visit. We went to the GA Aquarium on Wednesday (thanks Mimi and Doff!) which was fun for us all. Jackson has been 3 times and still is in awe of the big, big fish! The babies even had fun looking at everything...better yet, people had fun looking at them. We still get lots of attention when we're out and about which is a little strange to me. Twins are not THAT uncommon! :) We were sad to see CaCa and Coleman go home but look forward to seeing everyone again when we're down in Dothan (and Auburn) during Jackson's Spring Break.
The babies turned 7 months last Thursday. Our life is crazy, busy, hectic and wonderful all at the same time! One day I'm really enjoying being home with the kids, the next day I'm ready to dust off my resume and go back to work! I'm getting a little anxious about having all 3 kids 24/7 this summer so we've planned a couple trips and I'm going to be leading part of our church VBS...anything to stay busy :)
Brandon and I celebrate our 9th wedding anniversary this Thursday. We were able to enjoy a date night last week while Mimi and the big kids watched our 3. It was a much needed break and was so nice to be able to relax and just talk...no one needed their nose (or butt!) wiped, no bottles, no crying, etc. :) Brandon, I love being married to you. You are a wonderful husband and father, provider and best friend. I'm proud of you and love you so very much!
Now onto the good stuff...new pictures!
Jax loved to do anything CaCa and Coleman did. In this pic, he's trying to lie on his belly like CaCa to watch TV. William and Maggie ate frozen waffles for the first time last week. I cut a frozen one in half for them to use as a teether. It was a big hit! Playing on the floor after a long day of Easter Eggs hunting and playing outside. William decided to take a nap on the floor. What a sweet boy he is. He has the most soulful eyes and such a sweet smile. In the picture below of Maggie - she seemed a little upset that her "built-in" play mate had dared to fall asleep!
Our first sibling bath! While William snoozed the afternoon away, Jackson and Maggie got their first bath together. Jackson was super excited and has a renewed love of the bathtub!

Our life in pictures
WARNING: Picture overload!
Twins sharing (or fighting over!) a toy :)
Jackson is a bit camera shy these days, but I managed to get a smile out of him.
Maggie loves the exersaucer and Brandon and I love the curl on top of her head!
William sitting on his own. Maggie mastered this a few weeks ago, but William is finally onboard!

We've had lots of sickness in our house lately. When anyone is sick I usually remove the couch pillows and make a bed for them downstairs in the family room. This day the pillows were stacked next to the hutch in the dining room. If you look closely, you'll see that Jackson thought this would be a good place for a nap. What a weird-o!
Close-up of Jackson under hutch. Yes, he did need some help getting out of there after he finally woke up!
Mommy and her girl...what a difference in coloring!

Jackson inherited this train set from a neighbor and has had lot of fun playing with it. The babies especially like to watch the train go round and round.
Aunt Meg and William
Morgan, Matthew and Jen at hospital. Morgan loves to give Matthew hugs and kisses!
Peppy and Matthew
Granddaddy and Maggie
That's it! Hope you all enjoyed the new pictures. The kids are all doing great and are a source of joy for Brandon and me. Maggie and William's personalities are beginning to show...they are both good babies and very happy, which makes mothering twins a lot easier! Jackson continues to be a great big brother. The twins absolutely light up when he walks into the room...I love it!
